Support at Home for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

At Good Neighbor Support Services, we provide compassionate in-home care for children and adults diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, or other cognitive disabilities. These services are available to individuals who qualify through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), allowing them to receive personalized support in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Our DDD Services Include:

Attendant Care

Help with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment—promoting dignity and independence every step of the way.

Habilitation
Personalized support to build important life skills such as communication, self-care, and social interaction—designed to increase independence and long-term self-sufficiency.

Respite Care
Short-term relief for primary caregivers. Whether it’s time to attend appointments, take a well-earned break, or enjoy a night out, our trained respite caregivers step in with the same level of care and support your loved one is used to.

These services may be covered through Medicaid, and you may also qualify for home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
