Support Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

At Good Neighbor Support Services, we offer in-home care for children and adults who have been diagnosed with either Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism or a Cognitive Disability.  These services are provided to individuals who have qualified through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

  • Attendant Care
    The caregiver will assist in maintaining proper personal cleanliness and assist with all activities of daily living. Assistance bathing, dresssing, eating, and home cleanliness.
  • Habilitation
    The caregiver assists in a variety of interventions to assist with special developmental skills.  These skills are essential to increase and maintain self-sufficiency of individuals.
  • Housekeeping
    Light Houskeeping and Maintenance of the home, for cleanliness and safety.
  • Respite
    Provides the primary caregiver time off, to go and rejuvinate.  Time to get some personal things done, like go to doctor, take a vacation or simply go out for dinner.  Respite is normally for a short period of time and is used to fill in when the primary caregiver cannot provide care.
