Respite Care allows caregivers time off from providing services to attend to other issues or just take a break. Regardless of what the time is for, we can provide an alternative caregiver while the regular caregiver is away.
Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)
AHCCCS defines Respite Services as
“Short term or intermittent care and
supervision of a member to provide an
interval of rest and/or relief to a family
member or other person caring for the
member. Respite provides activities and
services to meet the social, emotional, and
physical needs of the member during the
respite period.”
