Good Neighbor Support Services has been providing an unprecedented level of exceptional support and service to Phoenix and the surrounding communities for over a decade. Why Good Neighbor for Elder Care Services, Developmental Disabilities Care and In-Home Support Services?
It is not easy to bring someone into your home to provide home care services. Good Neighbor performs a background check on all our employees. We are also bonded, licensed and insured.
Reliable and professionally trained caregivers on staff who exceed the State of Arizona's training and certification requirements.Scheduled caregiver performance evaluations by a team of dedicated and experienced Home Visit Supervisors who evaluate the performance of each and every caregiver.
Client satisfaction surveys monitored by our Quality Assurance Professionals who visit with the client and/or family every three months to review clients and families evaluation of the services being provided.
Professional Customer Service Staff on duty 24/7 to address daily and emergency needs of each client. We are there when you need us.
Bilingual Staff – 90% of our office and 100% of our field staff are bilingual.
